- In the event, that one or more details are missing, the booking cannot be considered confirmed.

- Kindly note that the train ticket, the Colosseum Complex 24h ticket and the Audio- Guide will be sent 3 days before the experience date, on a digital mode (whatsapp or email)

- Clients shall bring their passport/id to proof their identity to Train Controller and at the Colosseum Gates.

- We remind to inform clients that the Colosseum ticket admission is part of a multi-service package and that services cannot be split nor purchased as standing alone ones.

- Train tickets rates are based on special fares with limited availability, on specific trains that allow to experience the package in full. Standard Class, seat reservation included for every participant. Extra charges may apply. (FRECCIAROSSA or ITALO TRAIN)

- Please take note that there is only one entry with reserved time at the Colosseum and one entry to the Roman Forum-Palatine and Imperial Forum area, with no pre-arranged time, as long as it is within the period of validity of the ticket starting from the first time stamp of access.

- The reference is the entrance time booked for the Colosseum and deciding whether to visit the Roman Forum, Palatine and Imperial Forai earlier or later (access to the Fora in high season: opening 9:00 a.m. - closing 7:15 p.m.)
