Starting time: 08:15am

Season: from April to October

Leave behind the elegant and crowded squares of Florence to immerse yourself in the landscape of the Chianti hills, in an estate renowned for its wines and where preparing fresh pasta according to the traditional recipe is a daily activity. Here, before putting on your apron, you will be introduced into the heart of the winery and welcomed by the story of a fascinating local legend linked to the noblewoman who once inhabited these lands and her seven beautiful maidens—guardian figures who for centuries have watched over the vineyards and travelers.

In the kitchen, the heart of the experience awaits you: under the friendly guidance of a professional Chef, you will become a true artisan of taste. While sipping a crisp welcome glass of Vermentino wine, you will learn the ancient gestures of tradition: the rustle of flour, the gold of the yolks being kneaded, the creation of perfect egg tagliatelle. You will discover the secret to the creaminess of a real Cacio & Pepe and assemble with your own hands the King of desserts: a creamy and irresistible Tiramisù.

Lunchtime is a true celebration of conviviality. Together with your travel companions, you will enjoy a generous "farm-to-table" menu: in addition to the tagliatelle you prepared, we will surprise you with a rich Tuscan platter of local cold cuts and cheeses and with the legendary Pici, the rustic pasta typical of the Sienese area, seasoned with an artisanal, slowly cooked ragù. Finish by letting the delicious Tiramisù melt in your mouth—from now on, you will know how to prepare it at home to amaze family and friends!

Each course will be enhanced by a tasting of 4 fine wines (Chianti Classico and Supertuscan). For every wine you taste, you will find the touch of mystery from the story of the noblewoman and the maidens in the original designer labels portraying their faces, still offering a wish of "good luck" to every toast today.

A sensory journey seasoned with a pinch of magic that concludes in the late morning, leaving you with the memory of an authentic experience, sincere smiles, and flavors that stay in the heart.
